It is founded by Tan Teck Kim (aka TK Tan). His training and coaching have benefited many government bodies, companies, institutions, business leaders and professionals in improving their Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Personal Branding, Team Building and Creative Thinking. Prior to his being a full time trainer, he was a banker with more than 20 years experience in some of the largest international banks. During his years as a senior manager in the international banks, Teck Kim successfully built and led teams in account management, customer service, project management and operations with more than 100 staff reporting to him. He traveled frequently to Asia to train professionals in customer service, presentation and corporate team building skills.

Teck Kim's training method is a distillation of years of training and deployment of men and systems in the corporate world and over 8 years as a performance coach and chief trainer at 36 HR Training and Consultancy.

36 HR Training and Consultancy conducts short courses over lunch or breakfast / tea break as well as full day workshops. Some of our most popular training topics are Personal Branding, Business Presentation and Executive Coaching.
